Rare case report of accidental intravenous injection of oral probiotic

Oral probiotics containing spores of Bacillus clausii are given to the patients who have undergone major surgery or on long term antibiotic course, restore intestinal microbial flora. We reporting a rare case where oral probiotic suspension was injected intravenously by mistake. shall be discussing in detail reactionary changes caused erroneous injection body, its effects, complications and treatment changes.
